HDFC Bank — Swiggy refund money not reflecting in HDFC bank account

Hi,

Placed order on swiggy app date - 24th july 2020

Swiggy transferred money on same date and on their dashboard status shows that bank account processed amount on 31st july, but my bank account is not reflecting the same.
