HDFC Bank — Terrible Experience with HDFC Customer care Service

I am having a salary Account (credit card 10+ yrs) with hdfc bank since 2009 .I have been trying reach out to HDFC customer care service several times in last two months. But it will never connect to Customer service guy(it will always loop to main menu). Finally I made many payments with other bank cards. HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Nov 16, 2020 Updated by Sreedhar P Still I am not able connect to Customer care it will always with in IVR loop
