HDFC Bank — The amount was reversed but is not credited in account

I got a amount reversed of Rs.696 from birla life insurance and got a message from hdfc bank that the amount is reversed.But the amount is not credited in the account, payment was done through debit card
I have attached the screenshort of the meassage i recrived from hdfc bank
