[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — the rude way of telecommunication

I want to bring to ur notice the wrong attitude and unprofessional way of talking on call made from jaipur office. I got a cal from employee name poonam. She was calliing from[protected] and was threatening me to deposit my instalment and using unfair words. I disconnected the call but she called back from[protected] and stated using unprofessional language which is not acceptable from such reputed banks.
She was continuously threatening me and her way of talking was totally intolerable.
Pls take a necessary action
