Hello Team,
I have a FastTAG For my car UP32JY8475 from your bank.
This was blacklisted & no reasonable explanation was given & I wasn't even informed about the same by the bank.They say that your balance went negative but as checked in my balance it never went negative. This person gave me a case no that was[protected].
After I noticed my fastag was blacklisted while being on the toll tax in fastag lane. And I raised a request by call on 9-10 Oct and I was informed by the people on call it will be resolved in 48 hr.
Was traveling again and was fastag still blacklisted I call them back after 4 days then the team mentioned that it will be resolved in 48 working hours. On the same call I asked to speak to concerned people/team and wss denied saying that the manager or team will call me back.
After a 7 days I call them back today hoping that my issue might be resolved till now. Now the person say that he has checked with the manager and it has resolved will be updated. This person gave me another case no that was UI10243077.
I am traveling again tomorrow But now the team says it might take 2 more days to resolve this.
Please help on the same.Also provide the Escalation matrix for the same.
