[Resolved] HDFC Bank — timely payment of my policy-regarding

Sir,
My policy no. Is 16262673.
My last and final payment date was 28.08.2017. Though i have opted for ecs payment option, i have paid all previous payment by cheque. Last year the sbi account was closed for personal reason. This year i want the payment through cheque only but i have been informed that i could not make my payment due to non receipt of non-clearance information from bank. I want to make payment immediately so that i may not loose any benefit of this policy. Please do needful so that i can pay my amount at an earliest. For information i am at guwahati and in touch with hdfc life - guwahati branch and obliged.

Here, in this policy, there is no Email Id registered in our record so we would suggest you to inform the customer to submit his complaint letter to an of his nearby HDFC Life branch for us to have a look into it.
