My fastag wallet id is : [protected]. I have been using it since from 2018. September 2019 when i was travelling my fastag amount went to negative balance although i payed manually to the toll plaza. Later i came to know when using other toll that my fast tag has been marked as block listed. Since from september month onwards every alternative days i have been interacted with customer care people to remove the fastag from bloakclist. Nothing worked no action has been taken. Later i recharged during oct 2019 and then as per customer care people advise called to remove my fastag from block list to use further. Till now every alternate days informing customer care people to remove my fastag to use further no action has been taken. It is frustrating at peak.
- firstly when my fast tag dosn't have money why it allowed by toll plaza to deduct though i paid manually.
- even if they wrongly deducted why it was not adjusted with security deposit if the customer is unable to recharge on time.
- and how long customer care people will take time to remove the block listed fastage to activate again.
- is bank has enough customer care people to attend peopl's query, as every time we call line is been busy.
- and people need to woke up early morning or stay at night to reach out to customer.
Can this be seriously addressed and provide faster solution to remove my fastag from block list to use further. Was this information helpful? |
