similar problem for me also...

There is a salary deduction happened in my account last week for 2 times. 1st it was 51.56 and again 2 days later it it was 173.16. May I know the reason for this

i have also deduction 0f 112.36 from my account.i 'm confused that it is salary account started from zero balance then why so many deduction is done again & again.

I've contacted HDFC customer he replied the deduction is due to third party transaction happened in Dec-2013. He made it clear that what they call third party is NON HDFC .If someone goes to HDFC bank and deposits an amount to my account how come the third party comes into play ? He said if I do it there is no charges if the depositor is someone else HDFC will deduct 112. Rs.. and they're doing it now for the transactions happened in last year.. what a f'n ridiculous rule is this ?????

Is anyone experienced it from some other bank ??? plz unite against this... Escalate it to higher authority... for al least a clear explanations which states it's legitimate under RBI rule.

Hi Team, I have been charged an amount of Rs.112.36 in the name of "TPT cash txn charges Nov13 070414". what is the strategy that your bank follows, deducting the amount in between of the year without any intimation. Kindly refund the amount deducted.
