Dear sir/mam,
I am using hdfc credit card, in the month of aug'17 generated bill i had one billing dispute and same was been informed to bank customer care person and he requested to submit the dispute form the same filled and send to the given mail id on the same day.
Again i called on 26-aug'17 to customer care and requested the status, the executive (Ritu) informed me that same was temporary reversal given so its only hits in next month bill, before my due date on 02-sep'17 spoken to the customer care person and same reply given at the same time i told i should not get any finance charges or late fee they told nothing will charge you no need to pay the amount.
Once bill generate on 16th sep'17 they have charged me the financial charges and nothing have been reflected in bill the same outstanding was reflected. When i called to customer care executive (Mr. Ashok) they have told they given only on 8th sep'17, so the financial charges have been charged. Then i requested to transfer the call to supervisor or higher officer, the executive denied to transfer the call.
After many conversation i told i will right the mail regarding this to bo team with your name details then the person transfer to one of the person mr. Antony am not sure that i spoke to supervisor are any other executive so till date am not received a single call for my compliant but if i leave this again my financial charges, late fee, etc. Will charge on me and the same time it will affect my cibil score.
So am planning to take a legal action against the bank so request your support for the same. Was this information helpful? |
