[Resolved] HDFC Bank — transaction failed and money got deducted

I made a transaction on idea website with payzapp mvisa on 8 june 2017 and the transaction got failed and the amount was deducted then after giving proof to payzapp support that the transaction got failed (like submitting the copy of mail forwarded by idea cellular confirming failed transaction) the payzapp confirmed me on 22 june 2017 that the money would be refunded in 5 working days after a week when i called they said that money will be refunded in 45 days.. but till date money has not been refunded.. and in fact payzapp team do not reply back to the email send to them.
i am attaching the phoyo of email send to me by idea confirming failed transaction and the email send to me by payzapp team about money refund.
