[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — transaction failed but amount debited from my hdfc account

Hello there,

I made net banking payment of rs.1137 for a bus ticket reservation. Unfortunately, the transaction got failed but the amount got debited from my account.

Kindly let me know the process to proceed further so that i get my amount refunded to my account.

Please do the needful regarding the same. Looking forward for your reply.

gorvgupta's response Sir hamri gadi chori ho gyi.aur apke employees bolte.h apka claim. Pass nhi hoga aisa kaise ho skta h na document liya aur bol duya no claim sir agar ap help nhi.kr skte to nata dijiye hmm consumer care m.jayenge apni problem lrkar

I have been using hdfc net banking for 3 years I forget password so trying to reset password but couldn't make it possible because of OTP is not receiving on my smart phone.

Plz sir or madam plz look.this matter immediately sir apke employees bolte h hmra claim nhi hoga aisa kaise nhi hoga sir hmre bina document s kaise kha skte hh.ki ckaim nhi hoga sir plz ap kuch solution kijiye nhi to hme consumer care jana padega
