[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — transaction failed but amount deducted

Dear sir/mam. I have paid an amount of Rs. 298/. through HDFC debit card to recharge at Mobikwik on 13/9/2017. The amount was deducted from my account at that time but the transaction was not processed. Mobikwik says that Mobikwik did not get a confirmation from your respective bank for the said transaction Please do your best for return of my amount. My personal details are below. We have raised a chargeback vide ref # RDP007589 .We will credit your A/C by 16-Nov-17 (working day) as per regulatory TAT of Rupay (National Payment Corporation of India) / Visa / MasterCard TAT, provided we do not get a representment claim (that is proof of transaction) from the acquiring bank.
