[Resolved] HDFC Bank — transaction failed but money not refunded

I have made fund transfer of rs 5000 from payzapp app to my saving account on[protected] the transaction get failed and money didn't credited to my payzapp wallet. I have called to customer care no [protected] many times but it is in waiting always i tried to mail my problem but didnt get any satisfactory reply pls refund my money as soon as possible.
