I have transferred 10000 rs to other bank account from my wallet on[protected]. Transaction failed but amount deducted from my wallet. Its been a week but didn’t get my money back to my wallet. I tried to email to [protected]@payzapp.in but just got the system generated mail only no human innervation. I tried to call customer care but it is not responding.
Please help me with this asap.
