[Resolved] HDFC Bank — transaction failed

Dear sir, My mobile no is [protected] I have transfered 5000 from rbl credit card to payzapp wallet. Money is deducted from credit card but not received in payzapp wallet. Transaction date. 24/08/2017 I tried to call customer care but they are not responding. I also called to rbl bank customer care but they are saying that its payzapp issue. Please help asap. I made netbanking transaction for Rs 13139 on 17 august 2017, while transaction time status shown as transaction failed but i received message from HDFC bank as amount has been depited towards the transaction .

Netbanking Ref no:[protected]
Last two days I'm looking for amount refund but till now I did not receive any amount.
Please help us
