HDFC Bank — transaction failed due to bad internet and money deducted from wallet

My transaction got failed due to bad internet, after that i saw my transaction failed and money also deducted. It happend twice means total 10, 000rs. after sometime i saw the status of failed transaction changed to success. I saw the same kind of complaint in the forum. Anyone of you help me to get my money back. I am not getting chance to talk to customer care, everyone it is busy. Can anyone please suggest me to get my money back..HDFC service is really worst no proper response to problems...

My transaction got failed but money deducted from my payzapp wallet...but showing status as success. But money was not credited to my axis bank account. Please help me. Transaction id from payzapp is
