[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — transaction failed. however amount debited from account

Dear sir/mam,
I have paid an amount of rs. 250/- through hdfc bank debit card on 14th november2017 to purchase an item from brothers textiles. The amount was deducted from my account at that time, but the transaction was not processed. Please do your best for return of my amount.
