Sir, I made a transaction sum of Rs 5000 from my payzapp to icici bank on 18th August 2017. The transaction was failed and stated that refund will be initiated, i hoped that my refund will be within 5 days but I didn't get the refund to my payzapp. Please refund as soon as possible.
