[Resolved] HDFC Bank — transaction has shown be successful but amount not credited in my bank account

I have a made fund transfer of rs 4000 from payzapp app (App phone no. [protected]) to my account on[protected] the transaction showing successful but money didn't credited in my bank account. I have customer support no. [protected] and ask for clarification of refund they could not give a proper information, attached here transaction receipts. Please resolve my problem asap.
