I initiated a transfer of Rs 12, 160 on 2nd oct 2020 but it timed out due to technical reasons. I dont have any option in HDFC app or at the customer to apply for the refund as the same has not been credited back in my account. I recieved the following text message aswell.
UPDATE: Your money transfer of INR 12, 160.00 on 02-10-20 timed out due to technical reason. (IMPS Ref No. xxxxxxxxxxx). If this transaction is not done by you, call 1800xxxxxxx Was this information helpful? |
