My name is sumeet gurnani,

I want to close my saving account,
Branch - siyaganj indore (M. P) /
But due to minus balance of rupee 4000,
I am unable to close account
I am jobless
And it was not inform me that the salary account will convert into normal account after 3 months
I am jobless and my father is retired railway person, please look into my concern
