HDFC Bank — Unable to receive mobile OTP while staying abroad

I have registered my email on HDFC website under my account but I still receive OTP on my phone, which is no longer working since I moved abroad in 2019. I am unable to transact from HDFC Bank. Please resolve the issue asap.
