I have purchased a computer from m/s carryzone, vapi gujurat,
For which i had opted payment thro credit card '
During 1st transition the payment was debited from my credit balance but was denied to merchant & i opted for 2nd time which was carried out successfully.
Total debited amount from my credit card was for total rupees 50000/- out of which only the payment made by me was rupees 25000.
Immediate i called customer care of hdfc for reversal of amount to my credit balance. They confirmed it will be done only after 90 days.
Since last 150 days i am following continuously to bank manager,, customer care. Credit card executives at our district place. But i am not getting any concrete result & only passing the ball game is going on in addition to this i am getting threatening call from bank for making payment for which i have not spent at all & today i have get a mail from advocate of bank that they are sending legal notice.
I think i have made a big mistake by going with hdfc bank for opening a account which is only advertising as no1 bank in india with no ethics & care about customer.
Please resolve the issue so that i will close my bank account from no1 bank of india. Was this information helpful? |
