HDFC Bank — Unauthorised debit of charges from debit card

A charge of ₹1899 was charged from my debit card to oneassist which i haven't authorised. How can hdfc bank allow a transaction which is made without my consent and knowledge from my debit card. When i spoke to customer service, they asked me to talk to oneassist customer service where as hdfc has allowed the transaction. I would like to file a complaint regarding the same.
