I'm abhimanyu chaudhary, 2 year ago, i opened a salary account in hdfc with zero balance. And after 1year i resigned. Now they levied inr -4993.41rs from my account without any intimation. While at a/c opening time they said to me if three consecutive salaries not fall into a/c. My a/c services will be block now there is more than 10 months to non credition of salary in my a/c then why my a/c services not blocked /disable & service charge imposed unauthorised manner. I want no more relation with this bank in future in any manners.
When i queried them through mail, they are not giving proper response and they reply the mail with the content copy & paste from hdfc website. I mailed them 6 times but not replying with proper answer. All the times i got a same message (That to copied from hdfc website) from the customer service people. When i went in person they are asking me contact through mail. But while communicating in mail, there is no proper answer & also no proper response through phonebanking custmer care no.[protected]
But in they mail stated, the salary account will be converted to regular savings account without any intimation/notice. If so converted then we need to maintain minimum balance and since i was not intimated, i didn't maintain the minimum balance. Because i want to block this a/c due to resigination of my job as they (Bank staff) said to me if three consecutive salaries not fall into account my a/c services will be block automatically. Now what imposing charge by unauthorised manner they are trying to say that it was my blunder mistake to open account in their hdfc bank. So you will be bear.
If they intimated while converting, then i would have mainted the minimum balance or closed my account permanantly. They have systems and time to send around 10 emails/week regarding credit cards, loans, offers, mutual fund, etc. But i didn't ask/subscribe any email services like this except account statement why can't they send emails while converting along with or instead of these unwanted mails.
Finaly, it seems that they don't want to intimate the customers about such imp. Information (About their fraud tool) except their promo, offer, & such many more nonsense unwanted ads by hdfc hence so they can take money from our account as much they required and giving some improper reasons like amb charges etc. They want to earn money by cheating & using fraudulant manner & tools to lose their valuable customers.& so they also loose their credibility among people & banking market.
I'm also having account in 2 other bank, while comparing hdfc is a big cheater bank

i had been charge 3rd party cash txn inc st & ec inr 170.31 on 17th june 2017.
What is this transaction and why its been charge without my knowledge ...
