I am having salary bank account no. [protected] in your branch. On 11th May, 2016 i.e. today, I have received continued three (3) SMS from HDFC Bank stating that withdrawal of Rs. 25, 000/- has been done using HDFC Bank Card, but ATM card was me that time. I was in Delhi and the transaction was done in Sonipat. The details of transactions are as follows :

2. I was shocked to receive the messages, as I was very much present in Delhi and the transactions have been done from Sonipat. Immediately, after receiving the SMS, I tried to call customer care, but to no avail. However, after desperate follow up I could contact customer care and blocked the ATM card and Internet banking.
3. On 11.05.2016 at 11.15 AM, I visited the branch at Uttam Nagar, New Delhi and filled the Cardholder Dispute Form. At the time of visit to the branch, I was carrying the ATM card with me.
4. In view of the above, I would request the transactions made above may be investigated which has been made by some unscrupulous elements for no fault of mine. I would also request you to please resolve the problem within 48 hours of the receipt of this mail and refund the amount and debited the same in my Salary account. Because of the salary account, I am facing money crisis.
