I am soundariya from chennai. Unauthorized amount rs.2990 deducted from my savings account with negative balance rs.-1330. After long complaint process. They respond one worst mail with fake reason such as i opt credit shield policy for my unused (Not even activated) credit card. Then i wrote a request letter to cancel that credit shield policy. Now after 20 days of frustrated now only my savings account bals become rs.0.00 from rs.-1330. I can't able to understand your policy details very disappointed. What about my money (Rs.2990). Not even single message or call i didn't have. Everything happened automatically.
When i asked about this issue to bank people. They don't know. And then they raised some complaints regarding this issue to that credit card division.
Please help me for this issue. I don't know what to do. Not even single person could know about this. From bank side there is no help and support. Same thing happened from customer care end
