HDFC Bank — Unauthorized credit card charges as an aggregator emi - offus

I have pay the 10910 Rs bill respectively using my HDFC credit card. After that, I have checked my HDFC credit card account information, I am shocked because HDFC credit card system is converted to EMI with ROI 20 % as an aggregator EMI-OFFUS without inform me.
