HDFC Bank — unauthorized credit card charges

I want to cancel my subscription from one assist app which i didnt even know when i registered, and why it happening with every bank. Please deactivate my account and refund the money back to my account. It will be helpful i[censored] resolve soon. How can u guys do every process without any intimation or call, like directly u have registered and money got detected directly without any approval or acknowledgement from us. If any process have u keeping the acknowledgement please inform us when we selected so that we can be cautious.
