I have account in your hdfc bank ambedkar road ghaziabad u. P & have credit card on that number and my issue is on unauthorized payment by my credit card without intimating to me even after my request to reject that payment and detached my card from there.
This is very sad to said to you and i never expected that your customer care representative will give wrong information to the customers. I think so that you are running the banks not a any normal shop that you tell to the peoples wrong information.
Actually here my problem is that i have a health policy in the icici prudential and there initially i mention the my credit card also but upto now i never pay my that policy by credit card always i’m to paying this by cash only and this time also i’m going to pay that by your own for that only i called to your customer care number [[protected]] talked to one girl/lady that was your customer care executive. By her i asked to detached my credit card from this policy billing process and said to her clearly i will pay my policy premium by myself because i have already my lot of amount on that policy fund what i’m getting every year from that.
So, this time i was going to pay my policy premium by this only. I requested to your person that please detached my credit card from this then she said to me that there is no attachment with my credit card and my health insurance policy premium. And they will not pay any amount in my insurance premium.
For the same i every time cleared all the doubts with her and strictly said to her to detached my credit card from that never pay anything to them without our permission.
I talked to her 19 minutes and some seconds on 27 may, 2017.
But yesterday i got a mail by hdfc that payment succss[protected] and they showed to me that from my credit card they have paid 30, 000 rs. As a premium to icici.
So, please tell me to as early as you can that who are you to giving my money from my credit card to anybody when earlier only i have been requested to do not pay any amount and detached my credit card from the that icici health insurance policy then how it is possible to make a payment to them without intimating to me.
Then after getting that mail yesterday i called again to your very intelligent executives and asked about the my problem then they are giving the new-new ideas to me that go to icici bank and talk to them that do not make a payment by my credit card and all may be they have little bit mind or no.
Second they are saying to go to hdfc bank and stop the that transaction.
So, today i went on both the banks and asked about the problem then hdfc people told to me this is phone payment and they can not stop and all.
And icici people said that if hdfc will stop that payment then they can not get money and before the my due date that is 11 june 2017 they will not get money.
Kindly, stop my that payment and revert back my whole amount to my credit card otherwise i’ll not pay any bill of your credit card and going to close all my accounts which are in hdfc banks either in ghaziabad or anywhere else or suggests to my all relatives and all nearer people then do not choose the hdfc for anything.
For going to any actions or not, first check my account details and check my all previous transactions with your bank and also check whether i have any delay related to credit card or not.
May be it is full details from my side regarding my problem and all.
So, now tell to me solution otherwise i have no option left but only move to consumer court and take legal action and also fire a rti against you and that yours executives also because 30, 000 rs. Is not a small amount so, i will not bear this now and ever either return my full payment money to me otherwise i take back my money by other legal ways.
