[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Unauthorized transaction

Dear sir,

I am karthick g, i have a hdfc credit card whixh i was using for 2years, where in yesterday i have received an otp and a message saying that for the transaction amount has been debited without doing any transaction...
I have tried to contact customer care but no one was there to address the issue.

I apply 12.12.2014 & 48 emi's (6506) Now i need my outstanding details my ct num [protected] So I want my complaint details immediately. I ask bank but no response. So Please let us know and give confirmation from calls

In Bahraich hdfc branch at 23 may 2017 I deposit cheque of Allahabad bank, Vikas bhawan Bahraich but in my account [protected] hdfc akbarpur ambedkar nagar till today 120000 rs did not credit while I received msg of clearing but it was not credit
