I have been a customer of hdfc bank. My atm card expiry year was 2022. I didn't raise a request for a new debit card. I got a message as your request has been submitted. Its dispatched, the card was not delivered to my address. I was charged for the atm return charges of 59/-. I have not been intimated for the charges. When i went through my bank statement only i came to knew it its been more than a month, i am chasing them for the money return. Each person provides me a different solution.
I visited the nearby branch twice, they didn't respond me at all. Finally, they said me to submit the complaint through call. I ranged to the customer care number, they didn't connect to the customer agent at all.
I raised a complaint twice where for one request i received a reply stating that they tried to my number where my number was engaged. I called to the landline number, the guy who handled my query responded and the full amount was refunded to your a/c, the reason for the replacement of atm card was due to the replacement of all debit card into the chip based model.
But still i didn't receive my money back. I raised it with grievance people, what they suggested was, based on the finance bill with 18% of gstwe have deducted you the amount of 59/- and we have refunded 50/- to your account. Still i am chasing up for the remaining amount. Where the 9/- goes. What is the reason, there was no proper explanation provided from the bank end. Was this information helpful? |
