In december 2016, mr. Shalinder from hdfc branch, karnal, came to us for booking of swipe machine. We are interested in wired card swipe machine but mr. Shalinder told its permanently discontinued, now wireless swipe machine is coming; we trust him and applied for wireless swipe machine. But when hdfc person came for installation of wireless card swipe machine we came to know both machines wired card swipe machine and wireless card swipe machine both are getting booked and getting installed and wired swipe machine is not discontinued. We contact mr. Shalinder and ask him why you misguide and cheat us but he started giving excuses and told us to apply for wired swipe machine again now. So we refused for installation of wireless swipe machine – 28000893 to person who came for installation and mr. Shalinder came again and signed the documents from us for wired card swipe machine.
But bank has auto deduct charges of rs.8625/- from my bank account on 6th jan 2017 against wireless swipe machine – 28000893 but wireless swipe machine is not get installed in our premises because we are interested in wired card swipe machine, even though the charges of wireless swipe machine are deducted from my account, without intimation and which was not get installed, this all happens because of mr. Shalinder who misguide us and now we are suffering unnecessarily because of him. We are interested in wired card swipe machine and mr. Shalinder has already taken all documents signed from us for wired swipe machine but yet the wired swipe machine has also not get installed and not money get reversed yet which was charged unnecessarily against wireless swipe machine. I have talked with bank in this regard so many times and even given in written for reversal of charges which was charged unnecessarily but they always give excuses and they are not doing there job in proper manner, seems they are only greedy for money, customer satisfaction is nothing for them. I ever expected this thing from such a reputed bank like hdfc bank ltd. Whose motive is only to cheat customers however and take there hard earned money.
Please take step in this regard and teach hdfc executive to give proper information to the customers and don’t misguide and cheat them, so that customer should not suffer unnecessarily and don’t lose their trust on private banks.
