HDFC Bank — Unblock my account

There were some unauthorised transcations were done i my account on 12th may 2020..
I raised a complaint my account upi id and debit card all were blocked... After somedays i got refunded the money back into my account. Then i visit the bank nearest to me to get my money but they told me that ur account is locked for user.. I had submitted a written application to the bank it hv been for than 20 days but the account is still locked.. So plz help me out i hv been locked here i dont hv money... I m submitting some details regarding my accounts..
