[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — unethical behavior from hdfc bank on personal loan

I want to bring this to your notice the harassment, fraud and forgery done by your bank employees regarding the loan number: 1377095.

The above mentioned loan number is showing me as co-applicant which was confirmed by subhransu sekhar behera, customer service officer, grievance redressal cell, hdfc bank ltd on complaint hbl[protected]

Now he has given me the loan agreement copy which is attached in the this form showing no proof that i have not singed any agreement as an co-applicant and also the co-applicant signature is empty.

Your representative from hdfc had contacted me on april 2005 regarding for opening the bank account in one of hdfc branch. Bank representative took my id proof for documentation.

To my horror now i see your bank has illegally and fraudulently added my name in the loan agreement without my acknowledgement or signature and has harassed me for 13 years.

Due to this i have faced many hardship due to timely non availability of loan i have face mental harassment and physical harassment. I was not able to secure loan for my parent treatment in time and i have to lose one of my parent due to issue.

When there is a clear miss from hdfc end, why should i suffer from past 13 years?
Who will compensate for all the loans which got rejected due to hdfc miss.
Why should not i take legal step on hdfc bank for all the harassment caused to me from past 13 years?
When a personal loan has been given to some person and the loan statement has same name; how did the hdfc bank updated my name in cibil?
There is an forgery on the page 6 of the attached document, where my name is clearly added not from the original copy.

I have run pillar to post from last 3 year to get the details from hdfc bank and i have not got any response the bank. I have contact grievance. [protected]@hdfcbank.com, [protected]@hdfcbank.com, many time from past 3 months. I even sent mail to md but all i got was no response.

Please help me.

I had tried loading 20000 money from my cousin hdfc credit card, this transaction got failed with a error, but money got debited from my cousin card. Please add the money back to the credit card as soon as possible. Screenshot of the error attached.
