I was a very happy and content customer till about five minutes ago. This is a complaint against one of your employee that would be just a tele - caller calling on customers to do the credit card payment. My last due could not be paid on time as i was on a vacation. About three days ago, i had got a call but had informed that i would be making the payment post my vacation.
Today i got another call from +91 [protected], delhi number, he was another employee who had called about my credit card bill payment. My issue and concern is this, he was extremely arrogant, authoritative and rude. His tone was threatening and was treating me like i work for him. I asked him what was his name, he said his name is vikas, so i asked him what was his full name, to which he replied that 'pura naam jaan ke kya aap payment kar doge' (If i give you my full name, will you make the payment?). To my shock, i have never ever got a call from your team of a person who talks in an abrasive tone. My whole point of asking his full name was for verification purposes, (There are so many fraud calls these days around) i think i am entitled to ask as well because it is my hard-earned money at stake. I do not have an issue with your employees calling me and reminding me to pay my credit card bill.
I have an issue with people/ employees who do not understand the value of a customer. Your entire organization thrives on customers. There is a way to talk to customers, and i also understand the fine line between assertion and aggression. Was this information helpful? |
