I wish to bring to your attention that rs 4893.26 is showing due on my account ending with 6946.
It came to my notice when i received amount due message for that account.
There was no communication from the bank regarding any lapse of services or payment due on the card.
We were not given any notification about the lapse of service or amount due in the cards either via email or via sms.
I request you to look in the matter as early as possible and refund the money to me.
We have been preferred customers of hdfc for a long time and i do not wish that this event should hamper that relationship.
Please look into the same and revert back with possible solution or else we will have to take some action regarding the same.
