Hi,

I have observed unknown transaction in my account with customer id: 60708185

Details of the transaction:

Date narration date narration cheque/ref. No. Value date withdrawal deposit closing balance
15 nov 2017 amb chrg incl gst for oct2017-mir[protected] mir[protected] 15 nov 2017 515.02 0.00

Apart from this negative balance of -195.93 is appearing in my account.
This is ridiculous i dont have any negative balance. And this is kind unknown monthly charges im facing even though the balance is positive.. Please resolve this asap..
