[Resolved] HDFC Bank — unprofessional behaviour by credit card collection department executive

Hello hdfc team... I have been using hdfc titanium credit card for 11 months... However due to some sort of financial problems related to my job change and health issues... I am not able to clear the minimum due amount but i am promising to pay it in the first week of next month... But ur collection department executive is not able to understand my problem and are calling me repeatedly with unprofessional conversation regarding this issue... I beg your consideration towards my concern and i promise it will never happen in future... Kindly look after the issue with ur generosity...
