HDFC Bank — unwanted charges on installment

My EMI Date is 4th of every month.

I have taken a bike loan through ECS installments, but ECS is not working, So I'm paying EMIs at the branch by Cash or by Payzz link provided by bank.

They are charging me 110rs late fees, which is not acceptable. Because when i go to branch for EMI payment, they say me to pay after 4th of every month. and if im paying after 4th of every month, they are charging me Interest, which is not acceptable.

They also not recive calls when we call there call centres.

Updated by Salman Shaikh s I have taken a Bike loan from HDFC Indore Wholesale branch at Vijay Nagar, Behind Bombay Hospital branch.

Issue 1 :
I have applied for ECS transaction, but they denied it, So i have to go every month bank to pay EMI in cash

Issue 2 :
When i go to bank for EMI payment, they say me to come after EMI due date.

Issue 3 :
When i go afte EMI due date, they are charging rs 110 for EMI Due

Issue 4 :
When i'm trying to foreclose my loan, they are asking 1400rs charge.

Please help here
