HDFC Bank — unwanted policy (hegic-crdt shld & fl cvr-)

Dear HDFC Bank,
I received my New Credit card (FREDOM CREDIT CARD)of HDFC Bank.
But After Some days the amount of 900/- has deducted from my account.
and i'm Not satisfied with that.
It's a request you that please refund me that amount. i'll be very thankful to you.
HDFC is the great service provider and i admire for that.
Please inform me for further.
