HDFC Bank — Upi id blocked

Address: H.NO-199 MAHADEWA BUZURG NIRALA NAGAR COLONY, NEAR PETROL PUMP SONAULI ROAD

My upi id debit card net banking was blocked, now my netbanking and debit card is unblocked, however i am not able to make any transaction through upi app it says its declined by bank, neither branch is able to help me nor the phone banking, kindly help
