When i click on upi in account tab while logged in hdfc mobile app, it says "you are not allowed to do this transaction. Kindly contact your nearest branch". When i click upi option before logging in the mobile banking it goes to "update device" where it shows my mobile no and asks for secret question and answer
When i click the secret question nothing shows up. I could not not change the security question.
I registered my upi on hdfc only. I cant access my upi and i forgot my upi also. I cant link my upi with any other account.
When i called the customer care they said that they cant do anything or reset the upi id. I want to able to access my upi id.
I want the access o[censored]pi id
When sending the mail it was not sent. I called the customer care thy said that they cant do anything i cant access my upi
