It’s been an year and the problem is still not fixed. They are putting me in a loop and is not processing my requests. Last year due to some fraudulent i had to block my atm card, netbanking and upi.
I got my new card and they said that i have to visit the branch to activate my test of the services. I had filled a form long back and and they said it would take 14 days to process. It’s been an year already and nothing is being done. I called the customer care several times and they hung up on me by putting it on hold. I also visited the bank and they always ask me to fill the form again and the process continues. Please help me with this Was this information helpful? |
