HDFC Bank — using our phone data by your relationships manager for his personal use

I am having my family accounts with hoc bank rajkot yagnik road branch, my relationship manager is hardik vaja
Recently i have received from gobiba that hardik vaja has refured you for cash voucher of rs 3000 /00
Is hdfc authorised him for using our phone data for their personal you is there is any privecy policy is there
Surprisingly i have ask hardik vaja for my housing loan required for 20, 00000/00 on hdfc approved project but till to day he has not turned out after 25 days
