I have made a purchase by my bank of baroda debit card on hdfc pos. The cashier wrongly enter 4765.00 instead of 1825.00. After that the cashier make a void sale of 4765.00 and it was done on last 16sept 2017. But still now i have not received my money back on my account. I have contacted with the bob customer care but they told ther need arn no which is not showing on void sale slip. Now i contacted with the shop and they told they have done everying from there end and they don't want to do anything. Please tell me the status of my money so i can track it. The shop name is bimal saree center. Please do some thing about this fraud. Here is my contact no [protected].
