[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — void sales refund not received

My voided transaction with Metro hospital, Noida is not yet refunded in my bank account. It has been more than 4 days that I haven't received any kind of refund of my Rs 500 consultation charge, since the doctor wasn't there yet the people in your counter took Rs 500 and later on gave a void transaction receipt.

Please look into the matter as soon as possible and get my monry refunded.

I have attached the copy of the voided transaction receipt.

hdfc makes interest money by keeping your refund amount for at least 22 business days. After that they refund. it takes 1 month at least.

I did a transaction of 14000 but merchant mistakenly void that transaction and gave me receipt of that, and now he is saying that money will refund in my account, still 4 days has passed and there is no money in my account.
Please help
