[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — waive charges and close my account

My financial condition from 1 year is not good i can’t pay 5000 rs charges for not paying emi on time i have paid total emi amount 6 months back that time charges were 1000 now it is 5000. I am very depressed because my financial condition is not good and i can’t pay 5000 charges (20%) of my loan amount please waive the charges and close the account.
