I have applied for savings bank account lately in the april 2020. However, i have not received my welcome kit, debit card and cheque book till now. I have tried to contact my home branch for the same, but they are not helping me. I have tried to contact your customer care on number[protected], but they are asking for my debit card number for verification of my identity when you have not provided to me till now. Then i mailed you on july 28 on [protected]@hdfcbank.com hbl=[protected], however no response has been received till now. Thereafter, i have lodged a compliant on your grievance portal hbl=[protected] and i received an email from you in which you was asking for me and my family’s health and telling me that you are committed to services. Thereafter i have tried to contact the nodal principal officer on[protected] on date 31.08.2020 but no one bothered to pick the call and now i think i am having a single option to withdraw the money and close the account. Please let me know if i am having any other option apart from the said. I know due to covid no one is working with full capacity but atleast everyone is working upto some extend and not sending empty emails which are useless.
