HDFC Bank — without consent credit card insurance amount deducted

Hi this is rahul kumar holding the credit card hdfc. My complaint is that some amount from my card is deducted for hegic-crdt shld & fl cvr (878.00). I did not opt for any of the above mentioned policy or emi facility. I have called the customer care executive and spoke to them but didn't give me proper response and given me [protected] number but their Was some fault, they were not able to hear me and they were not getting any number which I was typing. I got one reference number other helpline number .[protected] If this continues i will discontinue my credit card operating services for sure.
